Gibson Les Paul Standard Goldtop 2012 with Hardcase

Gibson Les Paul Standard
Right Handed
Electric Guitar
- 2012 -
With Gibson Hardcase

Serial number 114020386
This beautiful guitar was made in 2012 at the
Gibson Nashville Plant, Tennessee, USA.
Gibson Guitars are highly regarded,
extremely well made and will only increase in value.
Each Gibson guitar is built by hand and
takes about 4 - 6 weeks to complete.

This guitar has a stunning solid mahogany body with a
hand carved maple top in the Goldtop finish.
This guitar also features the new modern weight relief to enhance resonance and reduce weight.
The finish is complimented with a cream scratchplate, Grover Locking Metal Kidney Tuners and chrome hardware, including Gibson's legendary Nashville Tune-o-matic
bridge and stopbar tailpiece.
The pickups are the Gibson's BurstBucker Rhythm Pro (Alnico V) pickup in the neck and the BurstBucker
Lead Pro (Alinco V) in the bridge, which give the guitar an amazing sound that has to be heard to be believed!
And such a versatile sound too!
Both volume knobs have a push - pull feature to allow the pickups to be used as either humbuckers or single coils.
The tone knobs also have a push - pull feature.
The neck pickup tone knob is also a phase switch, whilst the bridge pickup tone knob is also a pure bypass switch.

The neck is in a very comfortable mahogany
and it is a dream to play!

In preparation for sale the guitar has received the following:-
- Frets polished
- Fretboard cleaned, lemon oiled and conditioned
- Restrung on 15/03/2015 with

- 2mm at 17th fret, Treble side
- Correct saddle height adjustment
- Correct neck relief adjustment
- all electrics checked

- Full body and neck cleaned and polished

Overall condition is excellent for a pre-owned guitar. General playing wear to be expected but
nothing that detracts from the overall appearance
and sound of the guitar. All in all I would describe it as a credit to it's one previous owner.
In the interests of being honest, there is a small bump
on the back of the headstock (see pictures).
It probably looks worse in the pictures than it is as I wanted to ensure it was as visible as possible for the photo and it in no way whatsoever affects the playability of the guitar.
It is purely cosmetic and
cannot be seen when the guitar is being played.
The Gibson hardcase is included in the sale and is in keeping with the condition of the guitar along with the owner's manual, truss rod key etc.
To buy today in the UK, you would be looking at
a minimum of £2,499.00 for a 2015 model!
