Epiphone EJ200 Acoustic Jumbo Guitar with Hardcase
Epiphone EJ200
Electric Acoustic Jumbo Guitar
Circa - 1997 - With Hardcase
What an iconic guitar
to own!
Built in 1997, serial number S97020005, Samick Plant, Korea.
Guitars from this time and factory are well known for their high quality and
finish.
Please do not mistake this for the new lesser quality Chinese models.
This guitar has a stunning Vintage Sunburst finish with Mother of Pearl crown
inlays on the rosewood neck. The body binding has aged to a lovely creamy
colour and looks very sympathetic against the colour of the body.
The tuners are the original gold and chrome Epiphone Gotoh tuners, not the
Grover tuners of the later models.
All finished off with the very well known flower scratchplate and of course,
the unmistakable Moustache bridge, the most famous bridge of any guitar.
In preparation for sale the guitar has
received the following:-
- Frets polished
- Fretboard cleaned, lemon oiled and conditioned
- Restrung on 11/08/2014 with Martin & Co 80/20 Bronze Light 12 gauge strings, which I
incidentally have on all my own acoustic guitars
- Correct neck relief adjustment
- Full body and neck cleaned and polished
Overall condition is as very good for a used guitar that is 17 years old. The guitar
has only had one previous owner from new and has been used only in the home,
never gigged. General playing wear to be expected but nothing that detracts
from the overall appearance and sound of the guitar.
The Gator hardcase is included and is also in very good condition.
So if you feel like becoming the next Noel Gallagher and reproducing that
wonderful Wonderwall sound, snap this beauty up quick!
If there is anything I have missed picture wise, please let me know and I will
do my best to add it to the listing.
You will not be
disappointed with this guitar !!
Any other
questions regarding the guitar, please do not hesitate to ask.
I will endeavour to answer all queries within 2 hours during working hours or
please feel free to contact Paul on 07977 977937.
